Adam Sherk is VP SEO and Digital Strategy for Define Media Group, formerly part of The New York Times Company. Adam has been with Define since 2007, working a consultant and trainer and helping publishers with enterprise SEO, audience development and digital strategy.
Prior to that Adam worked for enterprise search marketing firm Global Strategies, now part of Neo@Ogilvy. Adam was also a vice president at Atomic Public Relations where he helped launch a regional office for the firm.
Earlier in his career Adam was VP of Internet Public Relations at Multimedia Marketing Group, one of the first interactive marketing firms, now part of WPP. During that time Adam was one of the primary builders of Internet News Bureau, an e-mail press release service that was acquired by Internet.com, which later became part of Jupitermedia.
Adam also spent several years in Istanbul, Turkey where he was responsible for creating and managing corporate language training programs.
